Creating a big company is not the goal.
We certainly don’t plan to stop growing. However, by not measuring success only in terms of growth, we’re more likely to remain a great company as we grow. Prioritizing aspects such as our company culture makes it more likely our company will remain a great place to work at any size.
Focusing on the experience of working here also makes us more magnetic, leading to thoughtful and talented people wanting to join us. Which, of course, helps us grow.
